The location itself is fairly nice, and the people decent when you're there, but don't bother with the phone number listed as I don't believe any of them know what a phone is or how to answer it. Either do your business in person or at another branch (presumably one that has trained people what that ringing thing is).
It is a good department of Bank of America. Liliya Fam is the best representative there!
