We love the food, but the service is going down hill. We've been coming here for years. Ex: most recent visit, waitress on the patio got our order wrong. She fixed it, but never acknowledged or apologized. She completely disappeared after she took our food order. Our drinks were empty the rest of the meal. We had to flag her down for the check, our table was never bussed, etc. A bunch of little things that combine to ruin the experience.We had high expectations with friends visiting from out of town, we left very disappointed.
Food was good. Menu had a different variety. Obviously corned beef items which was made and carved there. Also a burger with potato pancake. Fun items.
Went here late one night after a concert nearby. The staff were prompt and friendly. Bit disruptive with what was likely a routine customer drunk off his arse. Not much choice on the menu late at night. Had a pizza. Nothing special about it. Not a drinker but they seemed to have quite a variety.
Was there on Sat Oct 28th. To see the band, they were great. Found out at the end of the night that our server was literally stealing from us. She was charging $21 for 2 vodka tonic drinks. We found out that it should have been $16! Unbelievable !!! We chose not to cause a scene, but I will tell everyone I know to never go to this establishment.... if I could prove it, I would press charges against this girl but we paid cash... so shame on us. Maybe they should watch their employees closer.
Great pub in downtown Arlington Heights with community oriented owners. Go there, you'll have a great time
