This office was busy on the Monday evening we got the car but never did we feel that they were slow or didn't care. Seemed like a real team effort with the staff and hard working. Would recommend that if you go on a Fri or Mon just leave yourself some extra time and use it as an opportunity to catch up on something else.
Awesome service. I made a mistake while making a reservation and booked an intermediate SUV. When i went to get the car, I realised i needed a bigger one. That was a Christmas weekend and rental cars were in great demand. Yet, they were able to provide me an upgrade with an extra 80$ for 11 nights. They may have easily got a better paying customer for the Full size SUV during a Christmas weekend but they chose to help me out without charging me a fortune for it. Thank you.

The staff had both cars that I reserved ready and waiting for us. A minor issue with one of the vehicles was brought to the Branch Managers attention and he took care of it with an accommodation. Great service, price too.
