I have never been treated like I have at this place. They don't verify insurance coverage till you leave or have left the office. Months later I receive a bill because they are not with-in the insurance network. Whats the point in providing this information in advance and having all of these employees if they're useless and unprofessional. You come in and they don't acknowledge you and when they do they talk to you as if you're also a child. There is one person in particular (Jessica), that made me not come back and give this place a 1 star. I don't normally give anyone reviews but I just had to because of her. I would definitely not recommend this place because the office staff is super rude and unprofessional. I feel sorry for Dr. Victoria because she'll lose customers due to bad customer service coming from her staff.
Actually, locating an "in-network" dentist is the responsibility of the insured. Insurance co's provide this info via toll free numbers and on their web sites. Had the previous reviewer simply checked their dental insurance carrier for a list of local in-network providers they would not have wandered into the office of an out of network dentist. I find their automated check-in process via iPad very streamlined and simple.
Not trustworthy at all. They will never tell you that they are in your network or not. Once you get the work done, you will be sent a bill stating that they are out of network. Really!!! is'nt it your job to tell first hand that you are not in network of the insurance? Are you just sitting there to make money in any and every possible way? Even Insurance don't trust you to add you in the network? The office staff is totally incompetent and they also don't know how to check in network or out of network. They themselves found it when Insurance denied their payments
Neither good job done, not trust worthy for the insurance payments. What's the reason to recommend.
There are many better places around.
We had a great experience here for our 4-year old. Dr. Ursitti spent a lot of time listening to our concerns, evaluating our daughter, and discussing her development with us. We could not have asked for more. I would recommend this practice without reservation.
Will not recommend to anyone as my son also had hard time after his filling done at this place.
