I was forced to use the service by The Professional's moving company's insurance coverage policy. I received one voicemail a couple weeks ago and have called and left multiple voicemails. I have yet to recieve any reply or any person at the phone.
I would highly discourage a friend from using this company.
They tightened the bolts and screws in my Horchow ordered bed. They have broken the Allen wrench and hid it from me. There is no way they don't know. They refuse to come back. They won't honour their work and should be avoided.
