Great concept. They sell from wholesaler but don't have a lot of overhead expense and pass the savings to you. Check them out and they can get you the same furniture for less.
I found these guys through an ad on craigslist. Saw the furniture that I wanted online and called the next day. I did a quick application and was approved instantly! Vitaliy was super helpful and walked me through. I am getting my furniture delivered on Friday and for a great price. Very happy!
Selection was a little on the smaller side but the customer service more than makes up for it. The gentleman working there was very knowledgeable about all his inventory and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. He went above and beyond making sure we got what we were looking for and for a price we could afford. I'd definitely shop there again in the future.
When it comes to selecting beautiful couch, they have it, but when it comes to durability, it is zero.
All in all, it is just better to go to a better store where they make durable furnitures even if not as cheap because no one wants to be replacing their furnitures every year.
I got a leather couch in September 2016 and by February 2017, it was already getting worn and torn. I then called for a replacement leather cover since it was included in the One year warranty, they said they were going to send it but it has not arrived even after 3months of initiating the process. Aside from the fact that they even refused to replace all the worn out leather as promised in the warranty. (They are insisting that they can only replace two out of the entire five).
Loved the selection that was there and the prices were very reasonable. Randy was very friendly and informative when it came to picking out the perfect couch, he made sure we knew all of our options before buying and was able to answer all of our questions right on the spot. My boyfriend and I both felt very well taken care of.
